Retries and backoff

If a tool is briefly unreachable, the change is queued and retried, not dropped. Your sync catches up on its own the moment the system is back.

Deduplication

The same tenant entered in two tools is matched into one record, so you stop chasing duplicate leads and split histories.

Historical backfill
